Toyota 10 will be available only for vehicles sold by dealers under the responsibility of Toyota Caucasus.
Toyota 10 is automatically activated after performing a full scheduled maintenance at an official Toyota dealer and remains valid until the next scheduled maintenance (12 months or 10,000 km, whichever comes first). Toyota 10 can be used until the vehicle reaches 10 years of age or its mileage reaches 160,000 km. Toyota 10 coverage applies only to factory spare parts and spare parts installed by official dealers.

Toyota 10 does not cover:
Maintenance Parts – linings, shoes and cables, clutch discs, clutch covers and clutch bearings, wheels, rims, belts (V or Multy V), 12V batteries, diagnostics, and any adjustments.
Rubber parts – rubber (hearing) hoses, lines and tubes, engine or cabin mountings, moldings, stabilizer bushes, shock absorbers, pneumatic cylinders, springs.
Body and Paint – lights, lenses, panels, chrome, shiny metals, antennas, handles and fabrics, exterior trims, weather strips.
Interior parts such as: trims, seat covers, cushions, carpets, ventilation louvers, ash trays, cigarette lighters, shift lever knobs, dash covers and pads, steering wheels, etc.
Certain individual parts and components – multimedia systems, headliners, hinges, nuts and bolts, clips, retainers and fasteners, drive belt tensioners, front and rear stabilizer bars, combustion heaters.
Also not covered – all parts outside of vehicle body (except parts listed in the above graph), noise repair operations, parts covered by Special Service Campaigns or other warranty cover.
Any malfunction arising from improper technical service.
Toyota 10 does not cover the following expenses:
Owner's phone expenses, rental car costs, travel and accommodation expenses, loss of time, loss of profit, etc.
In the event that Toyota 10 is activated after a gap in warranty coverage, warranty claims will not be accepted within 1 month from the last scheduled maintenance and until the vehicle has accumulated an additional 1,000 km. Furthermore, pre-existing damage prior to the activation of Toyota 10 will not be covered.
